Since their opening in 2006, Trinity has required receipt of customized and timely management accounts to support strong control over the business. As the business has thrived and grown, the volume of processing and accounting work has increased, but the fundamental need for this management information remains.

TopSource Worldwide provides accounting transaction processing for Trinity, with documents being collected on a weekly basis, scanned and archived on our cloud based Portico system. With other inputs received weekly we provide book-keeping and reconciliation services culminating in the processing of regular, 4 weekly management accounts.

In addition TopSource Worldwide delivers payroll services to Trinity to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time. TopSource Worldwide has recently implemented Portico HR to assist Trinity with the maintenance of their HR records.

Trinity receives regular, customized, timely and accurate management accounting and payroll services from TopSource Worldwide, with the added benefit of a high quality, cloud based HR system supporting management information and RTI compliance.

In addition Trinity has benefited from the ongoing development of Portico which can be tailored to client needs, and will shortly commence using the system for ROTA management and holiday tracking.

TopSource Worldwide provides more than just transactional services, with director-led account management we are able to make recommendations as to how management information may be customized to increase value to our clients. For example, the change from monthly to 4-weekly management information has provided the client with data which can be more easily compared period on period.
